A client has to be approved before they can be chosen in Discovery Notes, the Executive Assessment or Create Proposal at all — approving happens from the link in their profile completion email. The Check-In column reports the current period only, and only for live clients — the form itself refuses anyone else, so "nobody has written" would be reporting an absence that is correct. Mark a client live on Add or Edit Client once work has started. Due Diligence counts what has arrived, not what is outstanding: a document is named by whoever sends it, so there is no fixed list to be short of. Opening it needs an address on the due diligence list, which is kept separately from the two writing lists — so the column may read for you while the link does not appear. Neither notice is then sent until everyone on its writing list has submitted for that client. Discovery Notes are written by Sales and sent to the executives; the Executive Assessment is written by the executives and sent to Sales. Nothing here releases a held notice — the person outstanding has to write, or they have to come off the list.
